2018 - current Collaborative Programme Curator - Grand Union 
Developing new collaborative programme with Grand Union utilises it's cultural capital to work for social and environmental justice aims.

2018 - current    Director    Bearwood Community Hub 
bearwood.cc is the beginnings of a collaborative space built by people in Bearwood - Birmingham. Together we are exploring the possibilities of who might design it, own it and how it could become financially sustainable, starting with some pop-up work, play and imagining sessions. This work is co-invested by Big Lottery Fund, working in partnership with We Are Bearwood, Bearwood Pantry and the Dorothy Parkes Centre.
 
2018 Artist Educator –Eastside Projects  ‘Many Worlds’

Focussed on enhancing links between the visual arts, commercial sector and communities, PAL is working on redeveloping sites to improve cultural connections and community ecological democratic approaches.

2012 – Ongoing The Bearwood Pantry 
A community inspired research practice, social enterprise and food buying hub - which aims to raise awareness of local, ethically produced, affordable foods and work on creative food related events in Birmingham.   Developing Social/Art related food events in a variety of community settings.

2016 Bearwood Pantry Workshops with Multistory/ Susan Meiselas “A Room of their Own”
